I am Ajnish Ghimire, 21, from Nepal. Currently, I am a student of biomedical science at Sunway University. I have been working on public health issues that are prevalent in my country Nepal. I started my journey from Rotaract Club of Kathmandu, youth wing of Rotary International Nepal and Bhutan District 3292.
My story begins with a startup local organization in 2012 and now we are one of the top youth international organization in Nepal. Solidarity International focuses on: 1. Education and Empowerment 2. Health and Social Care 3. Community and Rural Development 4. Special Area Project (SAP) 5. Environmental Project
I worked as a coordinator for 15 medical camps during Nepal earthquake (2015). We had our projects in 8 districts of Nepal which was severely affected by the earthquake. These camps benefitted more than 1000 people and more than 1700 families. I have been working as Director for Humanitarian Affairs for Solidarity International. We distribute school bags and stationery materials to underprivileged students of Nepal. Likewise, we do advocate about the importance of education and collect funds for the scholarship program.
I am aware of my passion which I want to change to a profession. I want to be the voice of those underprivileged children in rural areas of my country. Working in the community has been my foremost interest since I started working out from home for the earthquake. The long hours I spend outside made me realize where I can excel upon, it made me realize the happiness I get from serving the community. I have enhanced my planning and decision-making skill when I worked as a President for Sunway Youth for Sustainable Development at Sunway University, Malaysia. I started advocating for the sustainable development goals. And I do have the field-based experience back home.
I believe in the power of youths. Young people are real changemakers in urban and rural communities. The youths can deal with grassroots level and connect to a wide range of ideas and solutions. There are ample of youth-led organizations in the world which are working to improve the local agendas by means of effective monitoring. With the aid from the government as well as non-governmental organization, young people need the structured mechanism of national and regional policy to work in a better environment. If young generation realizes the importance of sustainable development, he/she is the one who works hard to sustain the resources used. As there is a saying, “Almost everything that is great has been done by youth”, I do believe in the power of young people. The Generation Z and Millennials need to work together in achieving the 17 SDGs, young people can unite people from different background leaving no one behind.
Recently, I got selected for Global Youth Ambassador at TheirWorld – A World at School, that advocates the importance of education around the world. My future plans would be working in the policy-making industry under health and education of the rural community.

The project represents the global expansion of a series of previous project under the general title Reinventing Democracy.

The key objective of this project is to increase youth participation in democratic governance by empowering young people from across the world to invent and propose new, innovative and concrete actions. My name is Afsaneh Seifinaji I am a peace agent and a peace coach in World Peace Initiatives Foundation (Peace Revolution project) which is one of the biggest peace organizations based in Bangkok, Thailand. This project is thriving to cultivate inner peace in people around the world in order to achieve world sustainable peace. Peace Revolution is creating a new “paradigm shift” intent on redirecting and refocusing all of our personal priorities from an outward search to an inward quest designed to discover and cultivate a lasting, self-sustaining peace which will lead to the world sustainable peace.

As the Peace Revolution Coordinator in Tehran, Iran, I work with young people, train them toward the notions of inner peace, anger management, and stress release in order to boost their strength and confidence to find their real position in the society.

Shadi is an MA student of English Language and Literature who dreams of building a more peaceful world through art, dialog and culture. She has been teaching younger students English and French in the past 6 years and she has also penned a short book on traveling and peace, based on her intercultural experience which is to be translated into 11 African languages by Kasahorow Foundation.
In the area of peace, she has represented Iran in the Youth, Peace and Security Regional Consultation in Asia and Pacific and she has been trained as a peace trainer and global youth peace ambassador at an international ToT in India.She has implemented the UNSCR 2250 in Iran in the form of a one day event focusing on raising awareness about peace. Md. Tamzid Hayder Tawrat Sikder is a youth leader from Bangladesh with a vision of being a
change maker and establishing world peace. He has graduated in Textile Engineering from
BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT). He has been actively working with
Model United Nations (MUN) since 2012. Since then he has grown a passion on Diplomacy
and International Relations and participated in many national and international MUN
conferences and summits and has been practicing leadership in all sectors. He has been
participated as an executive board member in four MUN conferences held on national and
international platform. He is the Founder & President of BUFT Model UN Association
(BUFTMUNA). South Asian Youth Society (SAYS) is a non-profit regional youth

Nabeela Iqbal is a twenty one year old aspiring environmental lawyer who will strive towards the cause of climate change which will have a huge toll on developing South Asian countries compared to the rest of the world. Rafay Iqbal Ansari is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Frederick University, Cyprus under Erasmus Mundus Scholarship program. I am Ajnish Ghimire, 21, from Nepal. Currently, I am a student of biomedical science, Lancaster University at Sunway Campus. I have been working on public health issues that are prevalent in my country Nepal. I started my journey from Rotaract Club of Kathmandu, youth wing of Rotary International Nepal and Bhutan District 3292. I worked as a coordinator for 15 medical camps during Nepal earthquake (2015). We had our projects in 8 districts of Nepal which was severely affected by the earthquake.

I have been working as Director for Humanitarian Affairs at Solidarity International, Nepal. We have a pilot project called “Project HOPE: Education for Nepal”. “Project Hope” means 1 Donor – 1 Child Sponsorship Program to support more than 1000 underprivileged, earthquake victims and Dalit so-called untouchable children’s in remote districts of Nepal each year.

I work with TheirWorld, A World at School, as Global Youth Ambassador to advocate the importance of education for all children.

I am aware of my passion which I want to change into a profession. I want to be the voice of those underprivileged children in rural areas of my country. Working in the community has been my foremost interest since I started working out from home for the earthquake. The long hours I spend outside made me realize where I can excel upon, it made me realize the happiness I get from serving the community. I have enhanced my planning and decision-making skill when I worked as a President for Sunway Youth for Sustainable Development at Sunway University, Malaysia. I started advocating for the sustainable development goals.

I strongly believe in the voice of youth. Hailing all the way from a federal democratic country, I am aware of the importance of democracy and including youth in democracy. There is a need for the environment that works upon including all people's voices. Having seen all the misery of unemployment and literacy in Nepal, it's high time for youth to actively engage in national development to create a sustainable future.
