Normally Masaire is a media and communications specialist with 7 years of experience in human rights, community development, democracy and governance, peace building and conflict transformation. Born on the 3 rd of September 1985, Norma is Zimbabwean by birth and origin. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
After graduating with an Honors Degree in Media and Society Studies in 2008 from the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe, she worked for Zimbabwe Human Rights Association (ZimRights), a local NGO where she led the team in creating the organisation’s communication strategy, website design, IEC material development, and management of social media accounts.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Norma is also an expert in events management and has coordinated some of the biggest events the organisation has hosted such as the 5000people marches that were done in commemoration of important internationally and nationally recognized human rights days; as well as the Africa Democracy Forum General Assembly(2015), African Democracy Forum (ADF) a regional network of civil society organizations and individuals upholding the rule of law and promoting good governance through the twin principles of transparency and accountability in the African continent. An alumni of the Youth Leadership trainings offered by Friedrick Ebert Stiftung and the Global Platform Zambia, Norma is one of the youth in Zimbabwe working towards encouraging youth in participating in governance processes and youth voter registration. She has assisted in the establishment of information centers in her rural home area in Chikomba (in Mashonaland East province of Zimbabwe) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Norma is a volunteer social media at The Space, Zimbabwe’s foremost international platform convened by young people designed and anchored on four Bays (Activities) that run parallel to each other to provide solutions and opportunities for growth, thought process to current and future challenges.&lt;br /&gt;

Lombe Tembo has a BA in Economics with Statistics from the University of Zambia and is an Accountability Advocate. The Accountability Advocates project is part of Restless Development&amp;amp;#39;s Big Idea programme, which aims to empower young people with the knowledge, skills and networks needed to analyse official data and generate their own to track progress towards national and international development commitments. He is also the founding Chairman of University of Nairobi Industrial Chemistry Students Association (2007). He served Mt. Raphael exhibits a diverse mix of leadership and work experiences spanning nearly a decade in operational research and training in areas of applied science and community development. After graduating with an Honors Degree in Media and Society Studies in 2008 from the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe, she worked for Zimbabwe Human Rights Association (ZimRights), a local NGO where she led the team in creating the organisation’s communication strategy, website design, IEC material development, and management of social media accounts.Norma is also an expert in events management and has coordinated some of the biggest events the organisation has hosted such as the 5000people marches that were done in commemoration of important internationally and nationally recognized human rights days; as well as the Africa Democracy Forum General Assembly(2015), African Democracy Forum (ADF) a regional network of civil society organizations and individuals upholding the rule of law and promoting good governance through the twin principles of transparency and accountability in the African continent. An alumni of the Youth Leadership trainings offered by Friedrick Ebert Stiftung and the Global Platform Zambia, Norma is one of the youth in Zimbabwe working towards encouraging youth in participating in governance processes and youth voter registration. She has assisted in the establishment of information centers in her rural home area in Chikomba (in Mashonaland East province of Zimbabwe) Norma is a volunteer social media at The Space, Zimbabwe’s foremost international platform convened by young people designed and anchored on four Bays (Activities) that run parallel to each other to provide solutions and opportunities for growth, thought process to current and future challenges.Outgoing and spontaneous, Norma also loves to read, write, travel.&lt;br /&gt;
