	~~==What's in for a Mentor==~~
	Being a mentor means having the opportunity to get involved in an exciting international project and to create a network with a group of young global activists. Persons involved can enhance their guidance and facilitation skills and gainexperience in mentoring. <br>
	A [[Mentor]] has access to 5 [[Core Participants]] who have access to their respective groups plus to their own [[Shadow participants]]. We invite mentor to have and also work on their own personal projects and agendas and take advantage of these networks to collect data, to promote ideas and implement projects. The only conditions are:
	~~# The above activities have to be in line with the overall vision and mission of the project~~
	~~# The Coordinator(s) of the project must be informed and approve the actions~~
	~~# The project must be acknowledged~~
