	~~SHORT FOR PAUL KASOMA~~ He was born in December 26, 1993 in Nsabaya Hospital. He graduated with a bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, has extra knowledge in media both broadcast and print. Paul Kasoma has a passion to working with vulnerable groups such as Children in remote areas, Women and people with disability who do not access the information necessary in their lives.

Paul Kasoma has a passion to working with vulnerable groups such as Children in remote areas, Women and people with disability who do not access the information necessary in their lives.

	He is also a believer of change in systems to align with the changes in the 21st century. He is currently doing research in Cancer informatics and he has attended a number of conferences, summits and workshops both inside and outside Uganda The tangible experience he has gained as a graduate of Bachelors in Information Technology has enabled him to connect with like minded people whom they have been able to exchange ideas and work together on a number of development programs.		He is also a believer of change in systems to align with the changes in the 21st century. He is currently doing research in Cancer informatics and he has attended a number of conferences, summits and workshops both inside and outside Uganda The tangible experience he has gained as a graduate of Bachelors in Information Technology has enabled him to connect with like minded people whom they have been able to exchange ideas and work together on a number of development programs.

	Paul is a subscribed Member of NetSquared-Uganda, Internet Society Uganda Chapter, Communications Without Borders,among others. He loves working and spending time with computers as it broadens his brain. He loves designing websites, travelling and adventure, research and report writing, reading novels, working and sharing with poor communities, encouraging and working with youths in development programs. He is an advocate for Social Justice, Human Rights Defender, development practitioner, trainer,blogger, communication enthusiast who has vast experience in working with Youths and women through Youths in Technology and Development Uganda the organization he founded at a the age of 20. Paul Kasoma is also attached to various local and international Organizations that work on Youths and Women social and development issues tackling poverty, Human Rights Violation, injustice, Violence against women and other issues that undermines development such orgnisations include Netsuared Uganda, Internet Society of Uganda, ISOC Global,Communications with out Boarder, Asecode Africa, Kikandwa Rural community development Organisation. Where he has been assisting in with relief assistance, entrepreneurship, capacity building, business training, education and mentorship particularly among a number of communities especially the less advantaged Paul Kasoma enjoys analytical thinking and creative problem solving. He envisions a world where there is equality and all rights are respected. He would want to see more youths empowered to know about their rights, exercise freedom of expression and grow into positions of leadership. This is bound to elevate the living standard of their families and communities at large. He believes that innovation is the pillar of sustainable development forward progress. He has the proven ability to combine vision, creativity and strong project management acumen with well-developed leadership qualities .
